Nada Gogo Shuzo SET

To experience the charm of Nada sake, start with this Magic Sake pairing set!

This set includes three small dishes created with a focus on local ingredients, seasonality, and health-consciousness, paired with five types of Nada sake carefully selected from each of the Nada Gogo (five Nada districts) to complement the dishes. (The menu changes monthly.)

On the day, you can also add additional alcoholic beverages and à la carte dishes.

How to Book

Please select your desired number of people and date/time from the calendar to apply.

A pairing set of 3 small dishes and 5 types of Nada sake (approx. 60ml each)

Date & Time

  • Please choose from the operating days displayed on the calendar (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays) at 12:00, 14:00, or 16:00 slots.
  • Please arrive by the start time as the experience begins simultaneously for everyone.
  • If there are people waiting, there will be a 90-minute limit.

  • 4,400 yen (tax included), prepaid online

Important Notes

  • Tickets are not shipped. Please inform the reception of your booking name upon arrival.
  • Seats will be prepared in advance, so for 2 or more people, please purchase together or indicate this in the remarks section when purchasing.
  • We do not accept reservations for seats only. Please make a reservation for the number of people in your party.
  • Our establishment, including reservations, is entirely standing style (seated only for evening reservations).
  • If we do not hear from you and 30 minutes pass after your reservation start time, your reservation may be cancelled.

What is Magic SAKE Pairing?

Magic SAKE Pairing is an experience where sake enriches and makes meals more enjoyable than usual. Keiko Nakano, a fermented sake cuisine researcher at Nada Gogo Sakadokoro, pairs Nada sake, which has been popular as "Shokurakushu" (sake for enjoying food) since the Edo period, with dishes made from seasonal ingredients.
